Reporting Live from my Shopping Cart

Now I know you're probably thinking....I thought Ris was only posting travel blogs. Nope. Sorry to burst your bubble this week, but I make the rules here. And this week I am reporting live from my shopping cart. It's the place I randomly throw things in when I'm bored and tired of scrolling on Instagram. The place that super trendy pieces live in until I step away from the laptop and decide it would be a waste of money for me. The place that very rarely makes it to a confirmation code and in my mailbox. But lately, I've been going a ~little~ crazy with the purchases. I don't know what it is about the weather getting warmer that makes me feel like I need to buy a whole new wardrobe or actually buy the items that pop up in my very curated ads on Instagram. Could it be my tan being from the sun and not lotion? Or maybe the two stimulus checks that FINALLY hit my bank account??? The world may never know, but I figured I would take a moment this week to share some of the things I've bought for Spring and Summer.
If you are in need of shorts for this summer, look no further. These are the shorts you NEED to get. They are comfortable and flattering. They also come in a variety of washes, so you have options. I only bought one pair, but I am very tempted to get another.
The way that this sweatshirt has been a staple in my wardrobe the last month that I literally went back and bought 3 more....I couldn't help myself. It's soft. It's comfortable. And the puff sleeves make it *slightly* fancier than a regular sweatshirt. A couple of the colors they offer in this sweatshirt are on sale, so you might as well grab a couple..right!? They also have matching sweats and shorts to go with some colors. I also just ordered some hoodies from the same line that were also on sale.

I think these speak for themselves. No words could justify why these were a necessary purchase. I snagged these at a Converse Factory Store in Carlsbad, CA. They had a stealio dealio that I couldn't pass up...buy one get one half off??? sold. The second pair was for my little sister.
A skirt that could be dressed up...dressed down... worn a million times and I feel like no one would question it. The skirt runs small, so I sized up and it is perfect. They have this in a couple colors, and tbh I might be ordering the white one with my refund from returning the skirt that was a littlllllle too small.
You know those days you go to Target with no plan....no needs...just vibes. That's when I snagged this bad boy. It's so convenient I genuinely don't know how I survived before this. It also holds me accountable to not shove a million things in my bag because the space in it is so limited. It comes in a couple colors, so you've got options for whatever matches your style.
